HSUHK Info Day: "Smart Robotics Experiential Learning Project" Showcase
The HSUHK Info Day was successfully held on 15 Nov 2025! We were delighted to welcome so many visitors to the Big Data Intelligence Centre (BDIC) showcase, where we showcased our “Smart Robotics Experiential Learning Project.”
It was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate how we are transforming learning through technology and innovation.
About the Showcase, Visitors had the chance to see our robotic doggies in action. This initiative is a sub-project of “Teaching Smart Decision Analytics for Supply Chain and Information Management Programme Enhancement,” supported by the Enhancement and Start-up Grant Scheme for Self-financing Post-secondary Education (ESGS) and funded by the Education Bureau, HK Gov.
Hands-on with AI. The exhibition highlighted how we introduce students to the exciting world of AI and robotics. By working with these robotic doggies and STEM kits, students from diverse disciplines—not just computer science or engineering—explore coding, machine learning, and robotic automation in an accessible, playful way.
